The Water CoolerWhat’s the difference in using a staffing firm versus an executive recruiting firm? Posted by Matt Banks2 Responses Favorite Share Claire Fisher April 29th, 2016 Both search types play a vital role for select groups of jobseekers. Staffing firms typically focus on short-term, contract roles for organizations. Think about a contractor for a project or a seasonal employee. Executive recruiting firms are more of a long-term partnership both for the client and candidate and work with higher level and more long-term positions.
