Above everything, be as prepared as possible. Research the company, the role and the interviewer—learn everything you can about the organization. Also, familiarize yourself with your resume and be able to answer any questions about your past experience. Lastly, remember the 2/3 -1/3 rule. Spend 2/3 of the time talking about your history, skill set and experience and the other 1/3 asking questions to the interviewer.
